I've seen valve stem caps that have a slot on the top side that can be turned upside down and used to remove the valve core. My son has them on his bicycle, used it yesterday.

Just put some slime in the wife's car tire. The cap on the slime bottle has a built in valve core remover.

I use ride on myself and never carry compressor, CO2, plugs. Unless the formulas have changed slime and fix a flat will throw your wheel off balance and not intended for a permanent fix. Ride on will seal a puncture and you can leave it till you need new tires without balance issues.

I read some of the replies and I think you should put in the green slime before you leave for sturgis. It is true you must remove the valve stem in order to install the slime but it has a tendency to be a balancing agent while in motion and once it's in there, you can pretty much forget about. My .02 cents worth

Plug kit and compressor for me.

Slimming a tire roadside is a joke. Unless they've added a hose.

If you love your bike like I do, PLEASE DON'T USE SLIME!
I work at a dealership and the other day a guy came in for a slow leak. Tech took tire off and found slime ate into the rim and caused a pin hole. I could not believe how much damage slime did to the rim. It was in clumps that held moisture. The moisture eventually ate holes in the rim. Never I mean never put that junk in your tires.

Yep, thats been my experience also, on lawn equipment. Badly rusted rims and the slime is in large clumps or *****.
