On my 2012 RGU I have the Daymaker headlights and the CD Dymanic Ringz on the front. With the dark blue paint I love the way it is mono chromatic with the running lights and headlights rather than the amber running lights.
On the rear I have a Street Glide fender without the center brake light. I have CD leds in the run, brake, turn lights, CD Plasma Rods that are also run, brake turn. Last week I added a CD True Flex on the Tour Pak that has three sections, center is run/brake, sides are wiried to be run, brake turn. Really lights up the rear of the bike which I like to be noticed by followng traffic.
I am planning on them next after I finish paying off my seat. I plan on doing halo fronts with rear turns and tail light and the custom dynamics triple play. I'm excited.
I've looked at Custom Dynamics' lights for a while for my 2014 Street Glide, but never pulled the trigger. I purchased the red LEDs for the rear and amber LEDs with the white ring for the front today and installed them along with clear lenses. Holy smokes these things are bright. It's almost like looking into the sun when these things are flashing. The front white ring running lights look brighter than the headlight. I'm still seeing spots. Hopefully these will get cage driver's attention.
Did you put a load equilizer on? What kind? Nobody has said anything about that Yet...Is the plugin under the seat?
According to Custom Dynamics website, an 09 Ultra CVO will need a load equalizer. I also know that when I had my 06 Street Bob and had LEDs in the rear ONLY, the turn signals worked normally. When I added the front LEDs, the dreaded "fast flash" occurred and I had to get a load equalizer to get it to work properly.
So if I only want to do the LED's for the rear turn brake running lights on a '12 Street Glide, I WON'T need the load equalizer? But if I put LED's in front also then I do?

I'm not saying that at all. I'm saying that on my 06 Street Bob(which I haven't owned for 4 years now), I put Custom Dynamics LEDs in the rear and the flasher worked fine without a load equalizer. When I installed the front LEDs to match the rear, it didn't, so I added a load equalizer and it worked fine. Your mileage(or application) may(probably will) vary.
Right now, Custom Dynamics says the following applications don't need a load equalizer:
(2011 - Present Softails & 2012-Present Dyna, 2014-Present Touring, 2014-Present Sportsters, 2014-Present CVOs do NOT require a Load Equalizer, Use BCM Kit)
I'd go with whatever Custom Dynamics says is the proper setup for your application.

Thanks...the dealer wants to sell me the kuryakan load eq for $29 with custom dynamics...I think it plugs in under my seat...not sure though..
