SE Night Stick with gutted headers and Ventilator Elite. I am 100% new to this, so always open to suggestions.
Your gutted header and the nightstick are really going to hurt your numbers. For the price your about to pay you'll be lucky if your number's are much better than a stage II 103.
To me it was kind of an investment in a way. If Harley does end up going with the 120 down the road this bike will already have it. Even if they do the 110 on the touring in 16, the 120 will be a step up from stock options. Maybe it will help with resale value down the road.
Sorry to bust your bubble but when the day comes to sell or trade your bike it will only be worth what a regular 2015 RGS is worth on the books regardless of mods.
That being said, I've never intended to get rid of any of my bikes but there's always something that will catch your eye that think you've gotta have. Just one of those pay to play deals when you start upgrading.

While I'm not a fan of any of the HD/SE crate motors, at least ya are doing it right going with the st install before delivery to keep the factory warranty. I would recommend at least a proper Xpipe header (Fuelmoto/Fullsac/V&H) over a decatted stock one. Good Luck with dealer dyno tune??? Enjoy!!
The exhaust and air cleaner will make or break your build. Your choices are not going to make yours shine. You have a big inch engine and need a lot of airflow. Do you want loud or quiet?
I would use a fuel moto xxx pipe with a full sized crossover. If you want quiet crusher mellows make power and standard crushers for a louder option. a heavy breather or extreme ventilator for an air cleaner come in the 58 mm backing plate.
If your into the 2-1 the D&D zilla pipe or dragula would be my choices. LOUD

Taken loner than I had hoped, but better to be done right than rushed. Should be picking her up on Thursday. Mechanic has the 120, barnet clutch, and D&D installed. Ran it through the warm up cycles yesterday and going to tune and finish everything up Thursday (wed is his off day). Like a kid on Christmas Eve.

2010 Limited with some stuff
I don't agree with this , in my area bikes upgraded with built crate motors or SS Motors actually bring a little less because the average rider wants a Harley motor , bikes upgraded with the 120R motors bring more , not the total cost of the motor but they do bring more , I see no reason the 120ST wouldn't be the same
If you have the money always go for the bigger cubic inch. The 120st is a great deal because it comes with a 58 throttle body and injectors. I found dealer that is selling them for 5125.00 plus shipping.
Local dealer here just put one in the showroom $5600+ and NO throttle body, according to the parts mgr.
