Default Big Bore kit for '05 FLHRI

Hi all, as the title suggests, I'm looking into adding a big bore kit to my RK over the winter. Right now, I'm looking at options and working up a projected budget.
I was looking at the S & S 103" kit, but wasn't sure what all I would need. Obviously, pistons and heads to start, along with all the associated hardware and seals, etc. I'm thinking a new cam should be on the list as well. Anything else? Not looking to go totally nuts on the upgrade, just looking for more horsepower.
My current setup is a stock motor (88), K&N air filter, stock headers with Python slipons, and a stage 1 tune on the ECM.

I would appreciate any suggestions you guys might have. Thanks!

The largest S&S kit I'm aware of for the TC88 without having to machine/bore the cases is their 97" kit ( the description of the 97 kit says pretty much that). They have a 103 hop up kit but that assumes you have already stroked the TC 88. Do some research and talk to local builders

Check out the FuelMoto Kit. Everything you need. Although you might talk to them about what a ugraded throttle body/injectors might do to even add more go. You will also need a EFI management gadget, like a PowerVision or some such, and a decent exhaust system to get the flow right. They got 101hp/112tq with this build using a PC3 and Rinehart True Duals.

The Fuel Moto 98" kit includes the following:
  • Custom Fuel Moto/CP forged pistons 10:1 compression
  • Precision bored OEM cylinders ready to install with ring end gap set (core exchange, or send us your cylinders)
  • Wood Knight Prowler hydraulic cam plate upgrade which includes hyd. cam plate, oil pump, inner/outer cam chains, cam sprockets, tensioners, and all necessary hardware to bring your cam chest to 2012 specs
  • Wood Knight Prowler TW6-6R or TW-555-6R cams (use of TW-555-6R cams requires updated valve springs on 99-04 models)
  • Wood Performance Directional Lifters
  • Fuel Moto Quick Install Pushrods
  • All necessary gaskets, O rings, and Torrington inner cam bearings
  • Installation DVD
  • Tech support from Fuel Moto

Biggest ya can go is 98 without case boring and/or stroke (unless ya can find Pistons for the new SE 110 jugs?).
