stay up all night and pray they would fit. I don't want to stand on my head holding a cup of coffee while reciting a Hail Mary all in the hopes of making the bars fit

I dunno, but you go through parts like underwear!!!!!!! UPS, FedEx, and USPS would go out of business without you owning a Harley![sm=icon_rofl.gif]

if your dealer is telling you that the WG bars will fit with out bending the brake line then think again... look at your brake line, it follows the stock bar - any other shape bar will need to have the brake line bent... Two other posters said the 517's would fit (yes the brake line has to be bent) but the other cables work fine... I guess you don't want to believe them. If Wild1's told you that the bars would fit with NO adjustments at all then you have a case - that is Not what was told to me when I called - I went with a different brake line... I promise you if I can do this swap then "anyone" can... I enjoyed the work it took and was proud to say "I did that" when it was all over. I put Wild1's 575 on my EG and when I got a RG I have had both the 513 and the 517 on it... Its really not that hard. You will like the WG bars - just the wires will still be on the outside - on the chubbies they would be inside...

Life is short - enjoy...

My stock 2010 cable reached my W1 517s fine. No mods needed.
