I just received a warranty replacement part last week from Anthony at BT. Glad I got it done before the inevitable happened.
I wonder what will happen to the guy at Boardtracker HD who was selling those ESP plans? I bought one. I now have to wonder if the Warranty will still be covered at my dealer or any other dealer. If there was non-payment to Harley from Boardtracker, could there also be problems with Discount.ESP, since Jim was the man at Boardtracker selling those from the Boardtracker dealership. Probably not, but it is a fair question to ask.
Does it say in your contact who is backing the plan financially? I'd think there would be some contact information you'd show a service provider so they can confirm if a repair is covered or not- try contacting them.

You know, I don't know about that. I'll have to look.
Funny thing about the arrangement between Jim Palmer and Boardtracker...I never did fully understand that gig. It seems that Jim was really an insurance salesman and he had an office inside the Harley Dealership. That alone seems like a conflict of interest for Boardtracker, when the F&I man there would be trying to sell Harley ESP's to the new bike customers.
That always did seem weird to me.
