Default Tourpak options

I have a 2008 FLHX and am interested in getting a tour pan. I know Harley sells them but not looking to spend that much money on it. Who makes a good tour pak for street glides?

I'd highly recommend doing the eBay search or some of the many forums and make every effort to get the one, (and mounting brackets/ hardware), for that year. Obviously an Electra Glide or Ultra. You'll save yourself or a future owner a ton of headaches sometime down the road.

The most common solutions are the Chinese stuff you find on ebay. Mutazu is probably the most used, but I suspect they are all made by the same manufacturer. http://www.ebay.com/sch/Motorcycle-P...p2050890.m1602 I'd suggest a detachable dock so you can remove it at will.

however, the bolt on, bolt off method takes about 30 minutes...depends how often you think you'll be removing it

I use the Mutazu king tour with extras I added for comfort, had it for about four years and its been perfect. Me and the wife have used it on three week road trips with all our camping stuff loaded and never thought twice about it. You can't even tell it's not OEM, but cost 1/3 of the price. My FLHX is black so it was an easy decision for me since the Mutazu already come in black and match perfect. If your not looking to spend a lot then it would be a good choice unless you can find a cheap enough OEM, but normally owners want top dollar for their used harley stuff.

I have a oem lower king tour pack from moco. I wanted to do the wrap around led light that the cvos came with and put on my 06 ultra. So i bought a primed lower shell the wrap around led kit and the cvo tour pack liner. Never put it on and now i have a 15 limited. The wrap around led kit alone is 499.95. I could make you a hell of a deal. Pm me if at all interested.

Got mine off Craigslist, $300.00 no clue what year, didn't matter it was just the box, mounted it to the detachable bracket.
