no crank with jumper wire from battery positive terminal to solenoid terminal ( where the green wire was)- then no battery power.

check your battery is charged ( on a charger, not a "tender")

check your cables are clean and tight at both ends

most OBD codes are now standardized- you can google each one....i don;t know how much sense they make given the current problem.

the part numbers are the tach and speedo

i had the same problem this week on my 07.

it blew a fuse and threw the P0131 code.

after replacing the fuse and clearing the code, the bike started right up and back to normal.
