Searched and searched but can't remember where I saw them. Someone makes Chrome plated plates that mount to the top of the Tour Pak and provide reinforcement for the luggage rack.
Not talking about the washers, these are actually a Stainless Steel Metal Piece with holes drilled to match the holes on the Tour Pak to mount the luggage rack. You put one on each side.
