Default Road King air ride

Just picked up a 2003 Screamin Eagle Road King and am waiting for the owners manual. I'm trying to find the valve that supplies air to the shocks, looked under the seat and pulled both side panels off with no luck, so any help ya'll can give would be appreciated.

Mine is an '05 and it's on the left side, behind the saddlebag. Pull the bag off and look around. I had to move mine to install a rack kit, but its on the left side behind the bag.

On my 2006 RK it is on the left hand side of the bag, right behind the bag. If you have a backrest, it may be behind the bracket...I always had to remove the backrest to adjust air....

Worse comes to worse, follow the air line from the left shock. It will end at that fill fitting.

I have to pull the seat on my 2002 RK SE. The connection is in front of the R shock, under the seat.

Been looking for mine for years... If I have to remove the saddle bag or luggage rack to get to it, I'll just leave it alone and hope for the best. What a bad place to put it.

Really? I have a hard time believing that removing the bags is anywhere near that kind of trouble. The rack is not an issue. So let me understand this - you'd rather have an uncomfortable ride than remove a saddlebag to check the pressure?

I must be missing something.

Didn't say my ride was uncomfortable. It is VERY comfortable. See if you can understand THIS: At 74 years old and having had major back surgery, I don't feel like bending over long enough to remove the bags. But, if the ride needs adjusting, I'll surely do it. Its just not a good place for the air fitting at all.
