It was very simple on my 2010 Street Glide.

I hate to say "read the directions" but you need to read the directions.

I just hooked my my second Flash2Pass transmitter. They work great. One wire goes to the ground. There are 2 other wires. The hook to the high beam and the low beam. It doesn't matter which wire goes to which. The instructions tell you it's the two vertical spades that you hook the wires to on the headlight plug. Hope this helps.

Hmmmm.. Maybe not but let me try again. I have installed two of them and would like to help you if I can.

Here is what you said:

The Flash2Pass as I remember only has 2 wires coming out of the transmitter. As far as which wires to hook to for the other two wires just do as the instructions say. Look at the plug that goes into the headlight. There are three lugs that match up with the headlight bulb. Two go the same direction, we'll say vertical, and the other one is horizontal. You want to hook to the two vertical or maybe I should say the two that go the same direction. Look and see what color wires are hooked to those lugs. Follow them up in the harness a few inches or however far you want and hook the provided connectors to those 2 wires. I have one hooked up on my Street Glide and another on a Honda VTX. I don't remember the colors of the wires on the Harley but all you need to do is follow them up the harness. The harness does have a plastic tube for protection around it. Just cut the black tape and open it up to get to the wires. Tape everything back up when you are done.

I hope this helps. It's really the same answer as before so if this doesn't help please try to ask a different way. I am really trying to help. If you are looking for someone to tell you the exact color of the wires I can't do that but it's really easy if you just look at the plug.

Did that help or am I still not understasnding? I will be glad to PM you my cell number if that works better. Let me know.

Default Instructions

Sounds like you may have it figured out but just in case you misplaced your instructions I took a couple of pictures.

Hope they help.

There's 4 wires on the new roadglides, not 3 like the older street glides. Anyway thanks for your help. I have it figured out.

’14-later Touring and Trike models require separate purchase of Electrical Connection Kit P/N 69200722

That puts it over 150 bucks!
