The jugs would, pistons would have to be custom fit for the 4" crank. I'd guess someone will come with a piston in the near future.
S&S makes a 4" bore piston that should work with those jugs from Harley. Part #'s for the Harley jugs is 16800102 and the S&S piston part # is 92-1430.

Dang, well there you go. For whatever reason the O.P. has for fixating on a 4.00 x 4.00 motor, there is his solution. That's kinda cool, actually.
If you insist on a 'square' engine the closest you are going to get is an S&S 111", which is 4 1/8" square. With a stock H-D crankshaft the largest bore available will give you 98", falling short on bore diameter by a mere 1/16". Surely that is close enough?!
But, it still aint a square motor.
Maybe the OP could look into a Merch Performance 100ci motor for his twin cam frame.
The Merch Motors where are Evo based and they are out there.
I know of a 100ci and a 120ci.
Best Regards,
Rob
Oh yes, I am still around...Thanks for the information, this is just what I wanted to know.. Thanks CornbredNE for the information also...If I have to purchase separate jugs, I will get in touch with you... I will be calling S&S tomorrow to see what they have available. Thanks for the back and forth also from the forum members also...
Called S&S and they no longer make the 100" kit any more...Looks like that the dream is over, am dead in the water because I probably cant afford to have custom pistons made even if Harley can provide the 4" Bore Jugs. Without the pistons I'm screwed...Thanks for all who contributed to the thread..
