Put the pic betweenimage brackets or click that little picture frame at the end of the toolbar on the posting section.

Here's how it worked for me.
type-- [IMG][/IMG] or,
then paste a copy of the link orURL of your photo between the two sets of [ ]'s.
Don't forget the foward slash within the second set of[ ]'s
