Default internal wire handlebars stock

Say I have a 2011 flhrc. Say I want to add khromewerks heritage style bars. I think I can stay stock on all wires and cables. Please correct me if wrong. If I can, is there a way to run the wires into the bar without cutting them? Do they come out of the plug or whatever or do I have to cut the wire, run wire, and splice back together?

Yeah they come out. Service manual has instructions how to do this on all the different connectors.

Once you de-pin the wires from the connectors, turn bars over and drill hole at the end of the dimpled section. I used two layers of heat shrink to keep them from rubbing. Make sure you use a dremel to debur the hole. Did this on a sporty I'm rebuilding. Worked great. Do the same for the center of the bars where the wires will exit.

That is exactly what I did with the heritage bars on my FLHP. I posted some photos in this thread.
