last year the 07's were out the last week of July. I bought my 06 july 25 and the 07's were on the floor
If that helps you at all
Jeff
The 2007's were out sooner then that. It was just at that dealer they brought them out to the floor the last week of july. I seen a dealer in Virgina had all 07 on the floor second week of july. Then I went to a dealer in Maryland that same day and not one 07 on the floor. I asked a saleshole about 07's and he said they didn't have any. BS.
I saw a quote from the CFO of HD that they may extend the production schedule of the 2007 model year to account for the lost sales due to the 3 week strike. So it may be a bit later this year.
If there are no "obvious" changes for '08... could/would they simply call those 2008 models?!
No , that would be against the law. The factory , however , could stop production, change the vin numbersto show
2008 and then startproduction of 08's of the sameexact bike.Theyhave to go throught he same federalcertifications
all over again, but everyone would know the out come. That happens every year on some models, cars and trucks aswell.
Some just change the paint , while some change small cosmetic items.

That's what I was getting at... it will be interesting to see what, in fact, chnages for 2008 (Ultra Classic in particular).
