There is the SESPT: Screamin Eagle Street Performance Tuner
There is also the SEPST: Screamin Eagle Pro Super Tuner.
But I wouldn't use either of them.

B. Each bike will be a bit different, starting with a known base map is good, but some tuning beyond will net better results.
PowerVision II, FuelPak 3, or TTS, pick your poison.

The tool doesn't make the tradesman. Sure some tuners like some tuning devices more than others but it's usually a familiarity thing. Which means they can do the tune quicker and get at more paying jobs during the day. A good tuner should be able to do a great job using any of the full featured tuners, pv, sepst or tts.
