The new heated wear, including gloves, at my dealer do not require a separate controller, it's built in. Red, yellow, green for high, medium, low. Seems to be the way they are going. That factors in on price too, you know...

I currently have HD branded Gerbings, G3 and T5. If I ever have a need for another it will be what you mention here for the same reason. The company has gone downhill in regards to warranty.

Default Gordon Gerbing

Gordon got very sick and had to sell the company. He now produces a pair of heated deer skin gloves, a micro wire jacket liner, and a dual controller. My next set of heated gloves will come from him with a lifetime warranty on wiring a manufacturing defects.

I bought my Gerbing jacket liner from thewarmstore.com. So far I am very happy with it. Riding in 30* temps with the liner and controller I am more than comfortable. Nice quality.

I decided to go with the Gordon Gerbing gloves and controller just because they are made in the USA. No sense in sending my money out of the country. Should have them in my hands by Tuesday. Thanks everyone for all the replies and suggestions.

I think I read somewhere that Gerbing was making (or made) the heated gloves for Harley. Anyone know if this is fact? Wonder if they can repair the heating elements in the gloves?
