Default Fuelmoto custom map, excellent!

I met with Jamie last night and got a custom map done on my 07 Ultra. Jamie has a nice facility in Neenah Wi and in typical Jamie fashion gave me and my bike his undivided attention. I had just a few minor issues with the original map from Jamie and felt my bike "ran great". As soon as we started Jamie realized the dealer never hooked up my O2 sensor eliminators, duh! The bike was fighting the pc3 all along when in closed loop, excellent catch Jamie. He quickly eliminated them and started over and proceeded to map each cylinder. My rear cylinder was apparently running a little lean and he fixed that. After we were finished he said Take it around the block. I said no I trust ya, but did anyway. I came back embarrassed. My bike felt totally new and I could literally tell in the first 5 seconds things were way better. This bike pulls much harder now and runs way better at the low end (No fighting with the O2 sensors). My dyno sheet is attached and you can see my setup on the bottom....76 hp and just a sliver under 90lbs of tq....very pleased. Thanks Jamie and I highly recommend you visit Jamie if you ever have a chance.[/align]

I'm expecting a shipment from Jamie of Supertrapps, PC-3 and the K&N. Am I correct in assuming that it will come with instructions on eliminating the O2 sensor?

Yes it does come with instructions for the O2 elimination. My set up was V&H true duals and turndown slipons with a K&n airfilter. If you can't see the dyno sheet just right click the broken picture below the paragraph and choose view picture.

the o2 elimination is a piece of cake. all you do is unplug the o2 sensor and plug in the eliminator in its place. i went so far as to leave the oxygen sensors in my stock pipes and plug the sensor bungs on my v&h bigshots duals. if you're not gonna use them, why have them there? looks cleaner without them.

Nice ride pk...I was thinking of going with SE Stage1 A/C, Rush 2.0 slips and a PCIII... I think jamie has a package deal that will work according to theBOW (Bank of Wife). Later Gator, Remi

That is an excellent pair of curves, indeed. Someone posted another dyno run at Fuel Moto and his bike was very similar, the main difference being he had Rush slip-ons with 1.75" baffles. He had about 75 HP and 87 TQ, with TQ being >80 from 2200 to 5000 RPMs. These are excellent numbers, IMO, and translate into great real-world performance, like passing trucks, etc. Since I have the same setup as this other guy, I had Jamie send me the map, and I then applied my standard set of tweaks to the cruise range for gas mileage.

Thank you Iclick, I agree on the curves....I couldn't have hoped for more basically stock. I will do some cams and and maybe big bore kit after warranty. This should easily get to over 100 lbs of torque....yea

Paul,

Good news on your dyno. Would like to see your scoot closeup someday - going to the open house on the 19th???

I had thedealer do my dyno last year - not the greatest results - tweaked it myself and it ran better.

Where is Jamie's place - on American Drive by Pierce???

Good deal. Your A/F ratio looks great as well, thats the part I look at the most, the numbers are fine, but someone always has something better, but a good A/F chart is where it's at.
