Part (or most) of my winter project is blacking out as much as possible. Having my inner fairing off for color matching, I would like to black the guage bezels as well. Can't really find any options. Dakota digital guages came to mind especially since the bike is flame blue pearl. An extra $1300 cannot be found in the budget this year. Anyone else have an idea?

 

Try plasti dip . Spray them and peel it off the area you don't want black. Did all the trim on my car and it has held up great. As a bonus, you can try different colors and if you don't like it, peel it off. Did several pieces on my binke with the idea if liked it I would powder coat...the plasti dip is still on there two years later.

 

Eastern Performance also sells a black bezel kit that is glued on with silicone (i just ordered a set) $100.00.
