Maybe you naysayers all park on the flats. We actually have inclines to deal with here.
WTF does a hill have to do with it?
I can assure you, there are plenty of hills Missouri Ozarks.
The factory HD Jiffy stand will work just fine there too.
You can put the stand down and let the bike slide down the hill if you want.
As long as the weight of the bike remains on the side stand it isn't going to fold up.

That does not make them better though.
It's a item for sale if you don't want don't buy. Act like someone is riding u off. Wow
Are you missing the nuance here or did you join the discussion after the original post was edited? Unfortunately, the edit essentially deletes the e-bay links; however, the OP did NOT initially say "I, personally, am selling a product that you guys/gals may find beneficial and from which I stand to profit." He implied that he had found someone else's product that some may find interesting and useful.
So perhaps the OP was not "riding us off", but he certainly was jerking us off! If you don't see the difference, sucks for you.
REAL reason for edit: "attempting to hide my craven, underhanded attempt to disguise myself as a seller, by acting as a disinterested third party".
Dave. Had you simply stated UP FRONT that you had a product to sell, this thread would have gone a lot differently. You have a lot to learn about people, pal.
I am still amused by this whole thread...even more so after seeing your edit, AND your reason for editing. So not only do you misrepresent who you are in your first post, you exit with a total mischaracterization of the responses you received as reason for your edit? Hmmmm.....
There is hope for you though, it's in that you're a terrible liar. That's a good thing! It was kind of like watching a 3 year old pretend to be invisible from his/her parents by simply covering the eyes.
You probably have reinvented the wheel where jiffy stands are concerned, but that's totally lost in the weak attempt to hide your identity, and that's too bad for you. Learn from it!
Does anybody know where I can get a part to fix my jiffy stand that isn't broke?
Alright, alright.....that was uncalled for, I admit. What about an oil scavenger set up? I got like 8 ounces of old oil in my bike and I don't have time to take apart the motor to get it out; it's gonna be 50 degrees tomorrow
Ok, so before this gets blown totally out of perspective, here is my story. I tried to post these in the classifieds. (the right way) However, supposedly until you have been a member on here for over 30 days, you can't post anything for sale. So I thought I'd try putting them here instead. So most forums bust you ***** if you put items for sale under the wrong heading. So, I did it this way instead. That was my first mistake. So I'm sorry for that. Not trying to pull a fast one on anyone here.
But then, you get the guys who automatically knock you idea with, if it ain't broke, or what a waste , what a piece of **** etc. etc...... By the way thanks for that .... (you know who you are) .
So I just pulled my post . Seemed like to right thing to do.
There are rules for a reason. Most of the people on these forums are great people who will help people. Do guys bust *****, heck ya. I feel it is definitely deserved here. Pay to advertise your product if that's what you want to do. Don't try to pull a fast one on people cause it just leaves a bad taste.
