Hey guys
I have a friend that has a bat wing fairing without radio and he wants to put one in .. he went to an audio shop and was sold a sony .. but the cd skips at nothing .. do any of you have an after market radio that performs well ..

mine rarely skips, but for 100 bucks I can't complain

Tell your buddy to get a radio with a IPOD/MP3 player input and skip the CD's

I have a sony radio and I don't have a problem skipping. unless I hit a crazy bump that nearly takes me off my seat.

I just put a Sony in mine a few weeks ago and have no problem with skipping. I burn my cd's as mp3 so not sure if that would make a difference.

I have a Pioneer AVIC N2 with the D3 upgrades. It is an excellent radio, DVD, MP3, Navigation system. I've had it for close to two years and I'm still learning how to use all of the features. No skipping issues unless I hit a bump that wants to knock my fillings out.
