I have a Supertrapp 2-into-1 and don't have a dip like that, indeed no dip at all. What you have there is criminal! If Thunderheaders are known for doing that then ditch it. Also don't go searching for outright power monsters, get something sensible, like a Supermegs. A decent system should fill in that dip and give you around 90TQ where you are currently getting less than 70TQ. A change of cams is also a great idea IMHO, which should lift the entire torque curve a decent amount.

Bigger valves, porting and even having your heads decked a bit to raise your compression would provide some significant gains in power. You already have a pretty solid build. Head work is really all that is missing. If you want to go the quick and easy route you could exchange your heads for a set of Fuel Moto's Level B CNC heads for $879. Throw a another $300 or $400 into a good tune and you would be good to go.
This is good advice. Before I did my 117" I too had the 95" with Andrews 510 cams, which I would not recommend, but I had the heads done by Dan Vance. http://www.danvanceracing.com/ He installed bigger valves and ported and flowed the heads. I wound up with 95hp/102tq on my 03. take a look at his page as he has been doing work for a long time and his prices are reasonable. Call him and let him know what you want to do and he will guide you. And that 02 is a rock solid platform engine wise!

The current set up is, 95 CI, 203 cams, a Thunderheader and a Power Commander lllr (It's an old build). K&N Air Filter. It runs like a bat out of hell from about 65 MPH up, but it has a BIG dip at 2500RPM.

This is what I am thinking:
Power Commander V with Auto Tune
D&D Fatcat ( What baffle should I chose?)

Maybe change the Cam to???

I have done the SE Cam Plate upgrade.

What can I expect from these changes?

Thanks,

76FLH (still have it)

Bore to 98"
10.0 cr
Andrews 57 cams
Our Stage II Torquemaster Heads.
Smooth, reliable, fun.

Changing the pulley will give you the most bang for the buck as far as ride ability goes but it is a pain in the *** to do.

I had the same set up when I first bought my bike

First thing I did was change the cam to Andrews 37 and to dial in the Theader was to bend the tabs inside the end of the pipe.... Bend them up a lil and what a difference

That Andrews 37 in a 95 kit is a great combo
