Haven't tried those particular bars but I have used the Heli-Bars on my last 3 Ultras and won't leave home without them. They come up and back and from there you can adjust infinitely.

HD's Tall boy bars will do that for ya and give ya 600 bucks change over the Heli's. That said, if you have any serious back or shoulder issues, the Heli bars may be worth the extra dough.

I put the HD Reach Bars on my '09 Ultra which do exactly what you want-up a little and back a little. Made all the difference in my comfort.

Yep, but with the free install that Heli does at major bike shows it comes out cheaper than having Harley install a $200 set of bars. My local dealership wanted 5 1/2 hrs labor to swap bars. I'm not one of those to tackle that myself, so I came out ahead with the Heli bars.

the clock weeks have a VERY flat wrist angle.the harley reduced reach have the OPPOSITE angle(kinda like a wheel barrow). look at chrome werks 2+2 sweepers, the wrist angle is about in-between the other 2.

I'm in the same boat with my Ultra, trying to find something taller and closer to ease the back pain. With my research I have heard a lot of good things with Wild1's. Leaning towards one of theirs.
