Not sure who makes the thing you want, but acording to harley the saddle bag rails are the same from 97 on up, here is a ad from the harley parts book.

Lookingfurther into things- not sure I've got the same thing being talked about above; my bad. The part number listed is the guard AND rails. I've just got the "guard" - no "rails". Pic in my photo gallery...
I "think" I have the equivalent of 49291-07, but I'm honestly not sure...ANY way...[sm=escape.gif]
Best bet is to check with aknowledgeable parts guy; I know when I took my guards off - the guy at the dealership said I could sell'em for a good buck to people with brand new bikes that didn't come with'em...I just forgot which models he mentioned...
