Handlebar question

My buddy wants me to put 12" apes on his 2010 FLHTCU do i need to extend all the cables and wires?

The highest you can go on Pre Rushmore models without extending anything is 10". So yes you'll need to extend wiring and longer clutch cable and brake line.
