No IAC on the 08 and later TBW equipped bikes.

There is an ECM recalibration that fixes the 08 (sometimes 09) issue. Ask your local HD Service guy about it.

Is supposedly fixed for all models after.

Never understood the purpose of the kill switch anyway. No other piece of machinery that own or have ever used has a kill switch. That's what the key or ignition switch is for.

Thanks for correcting my IAC answer, I wasn't sure if things changed with the newer models.

Look on top your intake and see if there is a port sticking up missing a vacuum cap. This happened on my 2012 limited and a couple others.

Every snowmobile or ATV I've been mixed up with used one.

I'd like to introduce the possibility of the engine temperature sensor being a culprit. Recently, my bike would climb slowly up to 1200rpm and stay there for a few minutes and then drop back down and then climb up to 1200rpm and once again stay there. Didn't matter if I was at a light in gear or off the bike in neutral.

I replaced the sensor and the ecu got the right signal to stop (essentially) increasing engine rpm to bring the engine into operating temp.

Ok guys,I've now encountered another alarming issue and I'm wondering if what The Dude has to say above has anything to do with this.I noticed that my left exhaust is now blowing blueish white smoke and there's substantial oil residue at the exhaust end. This wasn't there when I did the cold start, warmed up and rode the bike to the shop to get my suspension changed but when I rode it back home and parked with the engine running, that's when i saw this. It's not blowing crazy but a steady flow of smoke. What do you think could be the issue? Thanks guys

Thanks buddy.I'm going to need all the luck I can get because my 2 year warranty expired about 8 months ago/It's just that I'm really disappointed with reliability of these bikes.I surely did not expect this from a Harley not with just slightly over 10K miles on the clock, lovingly cared for bike.
