I have sampson drag fishtails. They are loud, and I love them. Things will change on my bike, just like all of us. But, IMO, these pipes are keepers.

I had the SE slip-on's on my Fatboy and put the Rush slip-on's on my SG and love the way they sound. I went with the 2.25 baffle and bought them from my local dealer.

I hope this work.....Never mind the mess in my garage. I haven't cleaned up from my handlebar installation. I have Samson Rolled Thunder. They are nice at idle and nice at highway speed. However I want something deeper like the Thunderheaders. These were for sale and no one bit for $225 with free shipping.

Hello to all!

I have read many pages over the Rush Mufflers. But i have some questions.

Which baffle is louder in the Rush Pipes? Is the 1.5 baffle louder than 2.25? Or is it the way round?

At present i have a pair of Samson Rolled Thunder Oval Style on my bike. The look very good and sound awesome. But when you want to do
a long trip you get a headache and problems with the ears because at a speed of 120 Km/h they are very to loud. I´m talking about trip of 3500 to 4000 kilometers.

Are the Rush mufflers as loud as the Samson or are they a little bit more long-trip compatible?

Thank you for your help.

Pawnee
