Ram mount, works like a charm. Simple to snap your phone in and out of. Can't beat Ram Mounts for their various ways to mount their stuff. I've got this with a claw mount, and it works great.
I've used a number over the years. RAM and kyuryakyn are the only two I've found to hold up to my riding.
RAM cradles that are specific to your phone are very secure. Their universal cradles are not. Long mount arms vibrate more than short arms. Run as short an arm as possible.
Kyuryakyn's Tech Mount is a surprisingly secure universal cradle, if you get it tight enough. Not always easy with certain phones and cases. It will allow a phone to gradually sag around the pivot ball, no matter how tightly you pull the clamp ring down.
A buddy has the Rokform and is a solid and clean mount for a King.

I'll be using it mainly for GPS on road trips. Also for Pandora music, Waze, etc.
Ball type mounts are pretty versatile. I use one from Techmount for my GPS and have a USB power port plugged from the accessory plug under the seat to the bars. Tech mount also has a nice phone grip. This is what I use...but you can see my GPS in my sig pic.
Check out ridersclaw.com. They are specific to phone model and mount on the 2 screws on the body for either horn or starter side, and it's adjustable. About $100ish comes in black or chrome.
