I have the Screamin' Eagle touring mufflers with fishtail tips on my RKC.
Deep, mellow music...my wife says they have a 'manly-man' sound![sm=smiley20.gif]

That might not be a bad thing, she is pretty damn loud atm. If those fishtails bring the db down just a couple I won't complain either way.

I like the look of the fishtails but be careful backing up to a curb. My last HD had fish tails when I backed up I stopped short of curb but due to slope it slid back enough to scratch my tails.

I had SuperTrapp slip-ons with their FishTail end-caps on my last bike. They looked cool and made horsepower - I loved 'em.

Just my $0.02 worth.

Ahh yes - fishtails! Actually, I think SHARKFINS would be a better title! I have the SE Street Performance Touring Mufflers with Fishtail endcaps and absolutely love them! The mufflers have a deep, deep, deep rumble - about twice as loud as stock - and the style is fantastic!

I've got Kerker "Sharktails" on my '04 RKC now, I like the retro-look, but I don't think they improve performance much, if any, over stock OEM. There is a difference between "Fishtails" and "Sharktails".

I have samson true duals with straight drag fishtales. Very loud as mentioned above. If you don't like loud don't waste your time looking at these. I do like the sound though.
