Default Locked saddle bag

2016 hd roadglide locked saddlebag for the first time went to unlock the bag and the key keeps turning and bag won't unlock. How could I get the bag open or off so I could get the bag open?

Welcome to the Forum from Kansas! I would just have the dealer take care of it!

Take it to the dealer. Anything you're likely to do to get in will likely void any warranty. Let the dealer take the chance of breaking/scratching something.
