I must have tightened the nut on the black plastic stem that the ignition switch fits down over, Has anyone ever done that and how did you fix it? Is it hard to replace?
I also have gotten the rotation out of whack on the ignition. I made a tool to replace the alignment tool and somehow I have it out of sequence.

I take it you broke the black plastic part? I dont know what you mean? Your supposed to tighten it.
