has anyone put the 120" jims race motor in? put one in my '05 electra glide std.[sm=icon_rock.gif]things nasty fun to drive. mines been pretty reliable with 10k miles so far and some minor intake glitches. i'm a newbie so sorry if this is a repeat thread. love the site, glider, out.
There has not been a lot reported on the Jim's 120 here on the forum. Glad to hear you are having good luck. Have you had it dyno'd? Give us some stats (and pics).
sorry about the no pics thing, i'm lucky to hen peck my replies on the keyboard. looks stock but the top end has the black fins not the grey motor. came with compression releases. not familiar with the RevPerf upgrades. what's their site. package came with exhaust and i haven't done any performance upgrades, no need i guess yet. i was told theres 1/4" of cylinder to increase displacement if it becomes a little tired. still got 3 years left on the warranty so it'll stay as is for awhile. thanks, glider out.
I put one in a Custom built 2000 RK last May and it is the greatest thing since the birth control pill. With Rineharts and a 51MM CV carb it dynoed at 124hp & 131 torque and thats with the rev limiter set at 5750 RPM"S so I'm happy and its as reliable as my softail deluxe. Needs at least a 180 tire kit cause you can burn a 140 thru third gear, easy!!!!!!!

They have just redone their website & I couldn;t spot the kits for the Jim's 120's at a cursory glance, but they definitely have BIG kits for the 120. Seems like they have a bigbore kit that makes them 131 or 134....????... something like that. I forget. Just look around their site. I'm sure it;s still there.
