The primary chair will be noisy or noisier if it's got a bit too much slack. You prob have enough miles that you should pull the cover and check the function of the adjuster to make sure it's wratcheting the slack up. If there's a manual adjuster in there like a Baker Attitude for example, adjust the slack.
