run super light weight redline w shock proof or amsoil 20-50 in primary
you will be amazed ..... I hate the clunk as well and have tried multiple variations to make it better .... my 09 softail is better that the 05 fatboy ... but straight cut gears I cant over come completely ..... but its like night and day .... difference
one has royal purple syn 75-140
one has lucas 75-140 syn redline in both primarys
i would be happy if they had a fix for the hot neutral rattle. lighter oil more noise. i did go from redline shockproof to 80-140 lucas in my trans and it is quieter.

I guess I am the only one that has driven a pre 1994 Dodge pickup with a 9.25 rear end. Those things really CLUNK going from P to R to D. Harley has nothing on a dodge CLUNK.

LOL! I can't be the only one who likes the clunk, the shake, the rattle and the roll. And I don't think I'm not that old. It's something to be said that my 98' clunks like my 15'. Do the M8's clunk?
