I had a wobble with my 21". I had to have the neck bearing adjusted a few times to get rid of it. Rides like a champ now...

How bad was your wobble, mine is not that bad and seems to only happen if I hit a bump or Ridge in road.my handle bars start to shake a lot

Had this same front wheel wobble with my 23. Only happen at around 80mph when I hit a bump or groove on the fwy. My fix was adding shims because my spacers were a little off.

Basically he created another thin spacer to fill the small gap I had in between my stock spacer and the fork leg. It was kinda like a large washer. (I was dealing with the guy who created my wheels) I recently installed new aftermarket spacers that fit perfectly.

In addition to that, I also upgraded my front suspension to Progressive monotubes with Progressive 412's in the rear.

You are not alone. Wobble is excessive on these too.
