ok confusion rules
Well sometimes a law suit is the final resort. Shouldn't be like that but sometimes it is.
Another option is boycott. but you can't get enough people together for it to be effective.
I can't pull the plug, the dealer still don't have it back together yet and they've had it since first week of feb.
But get this, the battery has been disconnected all this time.
Tech hooked it back up 2 weeks ago and hooked scanner to it and said there were no trouble codes stored.
Well correct me if I am wrong, but don't you clear stored trouble codes by disconnecting the battery and letting it sit for a few minutes?
If that is in deed true, then you would think a FACTORY trained tech would know that, and definitely the factory tech that came to inspect the bike.
Or am I wrong on the procedure?
Wasn't your bike wrecked and you repaired it? I have read you going on and on in other posts'. Ever wonder why that is the reason dealer's don't want to help you. Pull the plug. You should have 2-3 ounces in the crankcase.
so then what codes are cleared when battery is disconnected?
Eventually we will get this resolved.
