So, I sold my 2010 RKC last year so I hadn't spent as much time in the Touring section as in the past. Just got a 2016 Limited and I was surprised that there is a new sub-section for Rushmore bikes. What's up with that? I've always enjoyed reading all the threads in this section and my bike is still a touring model? Just wondering why there was a need for a whole new area of the forum?
Nothing wrong with spending time in both sections.
Lots of questions and answers are still posted in the regular touring section.
If your question is in regards to something unique to the Rushmore bikes, then it might be better in the Rushmore section.
Both sections are important , the Rushmore subforum came about with new twin cooling and their issues along with the boom gps at first the issues were flooding the touring forum. I am not 100% sure this was the reason , anyway enjoy the new bike and cruise both sections.

I honestly think the Rushmore section came out because of the little hiccups that rolled out with the Rushmore line ... i.e., coolant leaks and downright puking of the entire system, hydraulic clutch recalls, saddle bag pin issues, gas caps, etc. Instead of everyone reading about the initial release issues, they made a forum just for us
