Anybody else try the following modification?

I did and gained a little over an inch more room for me and my gal. Pretty simple.

Go to your local Bicycle shop and buy a shock pump. It is cheap & works great

WHAT!!! That's a load of SH_T!!!

The only thing I found difficult was reading their directions. I reverted to my caveman ways and looked at the pictures. I also didn't have to disconnect the air valve. Just moved it to the new bracket. BTW, I think for the almost $300 I paid for that thing, they could have given me some better looking hardware/brackets. Sorry about the rant, but I get upset when I hear stealer stories like "having to remove the rear wheel" to put the QD hardware on.
I TOTALLY Agree.. What a Crock of SH*T... I looked at the pics and never moved my airline and everything worked perfect for me.

I did mine also & I agree the hardest part was reading their damn instructions. Finally just looked at the picture & did it.
