That Deutsch connector should be clipped to a caddy located on the bottom of the lower crossmember. That should take up most of the slack in the wiring.

Some of us would rather ride than clean, one of the main reasons I never wanted spoked wheels and white wall tires. I too vote for crank position sensor. If that gets ripped off you will need a tow to get home.

I'll probably get slammed for this, but I don't care. Why post on here about a wire hanging down? Just zip tie it to the frame and go on about your business. The internet has made people totally helpless.

Can you give me the service manual page reference for what type if zip tie to use?

i have to admit, i would never have thought about taking the time and effort to take a pic of it and posting it here. stuff it back up there and forget about it.

These pics are from the parts catalog for my 2014 FLHTK. The second pictures shows the parts and the year they were introduced. I know you were kidding, but there ya go LOL
