I just went through this. De-catted the pipe, bought a Fuel Moto Pro Billet AC because I liked the way it fit under the stock Rushmore cover. Went with a Power Vision tuner because it didn't have a add-on box on the ECU. Waiting on the right deal for some used slip ons. I'm very happy with the setup as is. BTW you can do it all by yourself in a couple of hours saving a bunch and getting more familiar with your bike; not that big of a project.

I wouldn't buy anything from the dealer including the bike. For a stage 1 I did ness big sucker, power dual header, power vision tune and RC slips. It got me 20 more HP and 20# more torque on my '15 FLHP

Stock A/C as mentioned above is pretty good for most applications. A good tuner and exhaust goes a long way. The seat of the pants gains can be had by just installing an exhaust system. Deciding on an exhaust is a huge decision. 2 into 1, 2 -1 -2 or 2 into 2 (true dual) all act look and sound different. Fuelmoto has a great website for dyno sheet comparisons. Biggest thing I can tell you; is to be honest with yourself. Do you want a boost over stock, to pull a trailer or race a buddy.
