You should be confused by all those who claim we don't need one when making mods! Make whatever mods you want to your bike and then see how it rides. Simple!

 

Decat your header than put your stock mufflers on and than see how it rides and sounds.if you leave stock. Air filter on you can run it like that.or you can add tuner if you like will give you cooler ride,and a little more power.as far as it popping after putting aftermarket pipes on,you have to give computer time to adjust.
