What up guys new to this touring forum old to the sportster . So I finally upgraded to a 2016 RK and love it, I just got done receiving all the parts to do 16' carlini apes , my question is since I will be going to braided brake lines from top to bottom, has anyone done this on any touring model ?how hard is it? is it the same as bleeding regular non abs line ? And any tips you guys can give me will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance for the help.
Nice selection on the RK. but I may be a bit partial. I am also getting ready to do 16" Carlini gangster apes in the 1.5" and all the info you acquire will be beneficial to me. Which bars did you go with?

16" Gangster Apes 1.5". are you going with 1.25" or 1.50" if you are going with the 1.5" where did you get your clamps from? Carlini wants $150+ for theirs! Yikes!!
If you had used Search for 'apes' you would have been flooded with posts, as there are zillions of 'em! Of course this has been done before. With an ABS bike do not turn the ignition on at any time until you are confident you have finished installing and bleeding your new lines.
