Not all that (personally) familiar with the 110 Drop -in Kits, from what I see on the Forums, there are a fair number of them out there with not too many issues reported...
You said that it came with Heads, guessing they are Twin Cooled?? less downtime...
Some of the SE Kits are ESP friendly (don't know if the Kit you're looking at is??) A Dealer installed Kit should give 1 year warranty?
3 more inches than a 107...
JMHO
You have some good points. However, I talked with 2 different builders yesterday about some of these kits and both expressed concerns about the bored out sheaths and are worried that the wall thickness would be too thin. I'm probably not explaining this right, but both said the same thing. Another builder even told me head work on a water cooled motor was somewhat tricky and a concern he had.
Well, I appreciate everyone's input and help. I have finally decided and ordered parts. I am going to go with Woods 555 cams, Woods lifters, S&S Adj Pushrods and a variable pressure plate for the clutch. I'll revisit head and cylinder work later on.
After intake/exhaust/tuner my first engine mod was woods 555 cams on my 96", I was very happy for at least 5 months! Congrats, cams are an easy install. Did you order the cam install kit?

Well, thanks for the 5 month happiness period. LOL. Yes, I ordered the cam install kit and will be knocking it out this weekend. Shipping shows to be here on Friday. Already asked FM to send my an updated map as well for those mods.
Good luck with the install, good cams to build on later down the road. After my cams grew old I installed an S&S 106 BB kit and bought a used set of 103 heads that already had the auto compression releases in them and sent them off for a stage II overhaul. I was happy again for at least another 6 months. Then came the 120R, then new cams........
Once the mod bug hits your bank account will never be the same!

Dyno sheet from FM looks good. Looks like a great mid range cam for a wet head.

I thought so as well. I'm really debating on ordering a new D&D Billet Cat 2-1 system to try as well. I currently have the 2-1-2 Jackpot header and 4.5" Jackpot Pro Touring mufflers.

I havent heard of the billet cat- just the fat cat.... but you might consider the borezilla. Unless the billet cat performs better than the borezilla- I don't know.

The billet cat is a new setup they developed this year. It has their new Vortex baffle and gives you the option of adding end tips. I'm not sure what to do on the exhaust side. Not sure the 5hp and torque justify the $1400 for the exhaust. I'm definitely going to see where my numbers come in when I get to Wolf's on Saturday.

I'm not sure his 103 with 555 cams is ready for the Boarzilla yet? Their overkill even for a 107 if he decides to upgrade later.
