I thought so as well. I'm really debating on ordering a new D&D Billet Cat 2-1 system to try as well. I currently have the 2-1-2 Jackpot header and 4.5" Jackpot Pro Touring mufflers.
I think your current setup is perfect for what you have planned, that's a great headpipe!
I'm not sure his 103 with 555 cams is ready for the Boarzilla yet? Their overkill even for a 107 if he decides to upgrade later.
I'm not sure that is correct information. You might be right, but I remember seeing results that the borezilla produced better numbers than the fatcat on 107s, and I think even 103s..... Even though the D&D website might have recommended the Borezilla for 110ci+, or 113+ - whatever their cutoff was.
Or, it might have been when I called D&D asking about performance gains of the Borezilla vs Fatcat.... the sales person might have been the one to tell me even though he Borezilla is technically rated for the larger motors, they were seeing performance gains in the 103s and the 107s as compared to the fatcats....
Or, I might just be wrong. But I think I am remembering that correctly.
D&D when I called them specifically told me the Boarzilla was for large build motors or aggressive 110's +. The new Billet Cat system has their new Vortex baffle in it and Rusty has stated they are seeing as much 19-20% gains from the new system. My hopes are that it's just not stupid deafening for the riding I do. While on the phone they fired up a sales persons bike and what I heard through the phone was the low deep rumble until you whacked on it. Was also told it's sound is much deeper than the Fat Cat's and others.

I thought it was HP/TQ not engine size, Boarzilla for anything 120hp/tq and bigger. 103 with 555 cams will be in the 100 hp/tq range.
Either way, looking to hear how that new D&D sounds and the numbers it puts down. If you plan to sell that Fuel moto headpipe you should have no issues in the classifieds!

Baseline run today showed 74.4hp and 90.5tq. Bike will be ready to go by Tuesday and I'm hopeful for mid 90's on the hp and 105+ tq area. Once everything is done I'll post some pics of the sheets and bike.

Your bike is at Wolfgang's??
What are you having done again? 555 Cams and D&D exhaust?
I'm sure that will be a huge butt dyno difference :-)
