Default GPS Issues
When I first purchased my 2014 Ultra Classic Limited, the GPS system worked fine. Now when I plug in a route for the fastest directions, the GPS is trying to take me off onto side roads, etc, that I know are not the fastest. Same thing when I set if for shortest distance. Anyone have any ideas?

You need to go into the 'Preferences" menu and look at what you have selected for Routes (fastest, shortest, twisty, etc.), then look at 'Avoidance's' (highways, dirt roads, etc.).

Thanks. I have done the first part, but have not checked avoidance's. Will check that out.

Thanks again Journeyman. I went into avoidance's and saw that I had highways checked. Have shut that off and will check it out.
