I am getting ready for my first road trip on my Ultra. I am looking for suggestions for tie downs for the tour pac rack. I was not sure of what works best.
harley/Sac bags and the UltraGuard ( Goldwing style) bags have snaps and flaps...
But for other stuff, like Camp chairs, we found flat webbing reflective straps at REI.
Sierra Trading Poston line , Campmoor, etc will have pre made webbing slings.
Bungies over paint, even with plastic hooks... I have used them for years, but prefer the flat webbing.
Thanks for help. I am trying to figure how to pack all of my stuff. Last trip down to the ROT I had a bottle of Crown basically explode on the way down. I had to wash out my bag and my saddlebags. The Crown was being carried to drink responsibly in the hotel.
