Strange. Recently Boadtracker warrantied my HD Slotted Bar & Shield Custom Gear Shift Linkage where the chrome was peeling off. Product was almost one year old. I had no issues dealing with the return process. I've used Boardtracker for many orders and never had any issues.
I agreed, Strange. The review on this forum gave Broadtracker a great reviews. When I call to request a warranty, they asked who did the installation. I told the I did, then had the Dealer Digital Technician software update installed by a local dealer. They told me I need to call the MOCO. The MOCO told me I needed to deal with the seller. The amplifier work for 5 months, then no sound. The HU work when I bypass the amplifier. I can only guess, they do not like you installing HD electrical accessories yourself. I replaced this amplifier with the Hogtunes amplifier. I should have gone with Hogtunes in the beginning.
the last time I bought (in person) it was a different percent depending on item. I walked out with clothes and merch. at much more than 20%. I think poker chips were .28 (cents not percent).
True, Jon is at least 20% off and he is kind of steep on his shipping charge. So you do have to watch for that. But if he has it in stock, it will ship right away. So for me, it's worth it.
