Are all aftermarket 2014 and up saddlebag hardware kits the same?

No they are metal. I ordered new covers because I didn't like the look of the chrome ones on the bike. Haven't installed them yet.

If you are asking if the different years are the same, then yes 2014 to 2017 are all the same.

I'd buy the OEM Hardware. let me know what you want for it if you still have it
