Default Tach Install on a 2012 Road King?

Has anyone installed a eglidegoodies.com TK-1 tachometer on their Road King?
Appears to be a quality gauge from site photos, any comments suggestions?

I might be missing something, but the TK-1 shows that it's no longer in production.

The HD tach that Keithhu posted is a great unit and the color customization is a nice touch. I just installed one in my 2011 Road King and it works great! Installation is a breeze too - it's literally plug and play.

Yes I agree, combo speedo/tach was my second option. Looking for an add on tachometer without changing out original speedometer.
Back on TK-1 as no longer in production also indicates "Earlier Model Years".

What is considered earlier model years, don't believe 2012 is considered earlier? In addition extended tach description states "new" also see at bottom of advertisement has the copyright 2002-2016.

Was looking for more insight before contacting eglidegoodies.com, or if anyone will suggest another manufacturer.

Appreciate it!

Personally like the larger 3" tachometer its easier to see and its appealing to its nostalgic old school stile of the king.

Have you considered a police RK tach? Not sure if the wiring is there for plug and play or not, but it will mount right up on the handlebars. In 14 HD switched the tach and speedo locations, moving the speedo to the bars and a 5" tach on the tank.

CJeep - Interesting, will look into police model tach’s checking electrical compatibility to my specific year.

Was not aware of switching tachometer & speedometer locations for police models in 2014. Having a 5" tach on the tank and speedo on handlebars might be the answer! Second thought, like to have tach on handlebars then I can keep my original speedo.

Anyone have any information part numbers, contacts, or photos on 2014 police gauges?

Appreciate it CJeep!
