Klock werks- first impression
Just installed 8.5" flare windshield. Glad I got it used for discount from another member here... Not really impressed. Still have the turbulence hitting my forehead and just at the top of my head. Bobble-city! I do believe it gets the front of the bike more planted due to the downforce, and it looks pretty cool. But I had hoped for resolution if most, or some, of the head turbulence.
So I guess it is only 2 for 3 of the improvements.

I've used the Klock Werks 8.5 inch windshields on two different Ultra Limited's over the past 5 years. For me, the wind hits right at the top of my helmet. I'd recommend mine, but it sounds like you may need something a little taller to get the best wind protection.

Like I said, I'm glad I didn't pay full price for it. Makes the lesson a bit easier on the pocketbook.
